South Western Sydney Institute Moodle

This Moodle is for the use of all South Western Sydney Institute staff and students. It is a place where staff can provide students with access to learning materials online 24x7 in a safe class-based environment. The Moodle can also enable staff and students to interact with each other as well as among themselves and affords students the ability to upload assignments to their teacher.

Entering into this Moodle site requires an authorised log on. Therefore you will need an account - it is a self-registering process (follow the links and instructions carefully when you click on the login link).

When you are setting up your logon account, please use your first initial and surname (eg JSmith) for your username and an appropriate email (if you have a TAFE email use this account). Before setting up your logon account please read the "Terms of Use". It is assumed on applying for an account you are also agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use.

Teachers who would like a Moodle site to be set up need to use the "Apply for a Moodle" link.

Students should talk with their teacher about gaining access to their class site and be sure to follow all instructions carefully including those on screen during the process as most difficulties arise by not doing so.
